The resulting data stream within the CR-A™ software solution can be used to drive real-time operational and management reporting in addition to being loaded to a CR-A™ data warehouse for further evaluation, analysis, and trending. Business goals and needs are used to determine how CR-A™ data is combined to form a wide range of multi-dimensional profiles, clusters and segments. CR-A™ is a next-generation solution that delivers a level of customer intimacy and insight that is not possible using traditional market research and mystery shopping reporting. The reporting engine provides standardized dynamic reporting for multiple management levels and advanced analytics for customized reporting.

This report defines the results for an individual employee who needs coaching/training. It compares employee scores to store benchmarks to clearly show room for improvement.

Notice the monthly score displayed on the bar chart of 2.7.  That is below our benchmark of 3.00. 

What is driving the low store performance?

 

   

The low scoring appears to be on Saturdays and Sundays.  Our scoring is lower on Sundays when we have our greatest transaction volume.

What are the scores like by shift?

   
   

Lower rankings during the shifts from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays when transaction volumes are higher.  The bottom of the report shows the scoring of the individual employees for Saturday.

What does Sunday look like?

   
 

Again, lower rankings during the shifts from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Sundays when transaction volumes are higher.  Look at the bottom of the report for the scores of individual employees for Sunday.

What is the breakdown by hour of rank and transaction volume for a selected employee?




   
   

Our scores are lower on Saturdays and Sundays when we have our part-time workforce and the performance is also linked to transaction volume.  With this type of report the shift manager can show each individual employee their performance scoring and coach for improvement.
